Bay Area Day Camp

At SVARA Day Camps we build a vibrant learning space that celebrates queer culture, elevates voices from the margins, and reveals the deeply rooted radical queerness of Jewish traditions. After grounding our learning at a virtual kick-off event, we will collectively learn the same sugya (Talmud text) in each bet midrash. In our sugya we’ll witness a battle between two houses and wrestle with how we hold on to what we value most, without letting our connections fall apart. At this time, our Bay Area Day Camp is fully enrolled.
