The CRASH Talk

A foundational framework for navigating change

A roadmap for transformation rooted in rabbinic responses to disruption, the CRASH Talk offers a lens for organizational, spiritual, social, and personal evolution. Originally developed to illuminate innovation in Jewish history, this session has become a vital resource for leaders navigating volatility and opportunity.

Ideal for: Organizations, educators, community leaders, boards, and multi-stakeholder gatherings.

Session includes:

Sliding scale: $1,500–$3,000 (virtual) | $5,000 (in-person)

Pop-Up Bet Midrash + CRASH Talk

A community-wide immersive learning experience

SVARA’s pedagogy makes classical Talmud study accessible for the first time in history to anyone ready to learn. Participants cultivate the capacity to navigate complexity with empathy, hold disagreement without erasure, and strengthen communal bonds across difference.

This offering is designed as a collaborative, public-facing learning experience and works especially well when co-hosted across organizations to build regional cross-community engagement.

SVARA’s model centers:

  • Multi-identity learning spaces (intergenerational, multi-faith, multi-gender, mixed experience levels)

  • Learning that uplifts complexity, curiosity, and human dignity

  • Facilitation that honors every learner, from alef-bet beginners to lifelong Talmudists

Includes:

  • 75-minute CRASH Talk

  • 3-hour bet midrash session

  • Faculty preparation and support

  • All learning materials and program logistics

Pricing:

Sliding scale: $2,500–$5,000 (virtual) | $7,500 baseline (in-person); Final price point determined by number of participants and materials production

Pedagogy Workshop Series for Rabbis and Educators

  • Sliding scale: $15,000–$20,000 with options for virtual or in-person

Organizational and Communal Pedagogy Practicum

Apply SVARA’s transformational model to your institution

This engagement supports organizations ready to integrate innovation without losing their core values. Teams identify a key strategic area, then develop and implement an Option 3 approach, guided by SVARA faculty.

Engagement includes:

  1. Foundational COMP workshops

  2. Guided practicum applying SVARA pedagogy

  3. Ongoing mentorship and support

  4. Closing debrief, evaluation, and next steps
