Dr. B González-Lesser (they/them) has spent the last decade of their life focusing on equity, diversity, and anti-racism. They received their PhD in Sociology at the University of Connecticut and served as Assistant Professor of Sociology. B has also worked in the Jewish non-profit sector as the Associate Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Hillel International. They currently work as a User Experience Researcher at Meta. A proud Queer Puerto Rican Jew of Color, B is passionate about building spaces for people at the margins.
