SAM Luckey (mix pronouns) is a queer and genderqueer rabbi serving Kehilla Community Synagogue, on the unceded Lisjan territory of Huichin, aka the East Bay. SAM was ordained through Hebrew College in 2020 and is an organizer with Jews On Ohlone Land (JOOL) and on the leadership team of Rabbis4Ceasefire. They are honored to teach queer talmud as part of 700 Benches Beit Midrash, and love elephants, the night sky, and being upside down.
