I have been watching the magic of SVARA: A Traditionally Radical Yeshiva from afar for many years. They have been hugely important in the Torah lives of many of my closest chavrutas and friends (too many to tag), and I have peered through the cracks trying to figure out exactly what it is they were doing and how it was so incredibly successful at showing people the beauty of rabbinic learning and quickly bringing them in as empowered participants.
